Party FAQs and School/Toddler Gymnastics FAQs

How do I schedule a Kiddo Bus party?

Schedule a part in three easy steps!  1)Contact us to check availability at parties@kiddobus.com or (832) 403-8525,  2) Click on Book Now to fill out Booking Form and submit waiver, 3) Pay the deposit (click payment options).

How many children can I invite to a party?

You may have up to 15 kiddos: 14 guests + Birthday Kiddo.  There is a $10 charge per additional guest.

Is each child required to have a signed waiver?

For insurance purposes, all children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian. For schools, waivers must be submitted when you register. For parties and events, Kiddo Bus will provide a printed waiver form for each guest. You may also download the waiver form and have the parent of each guest turn it in to you if they will not be present on the day of the party.

Are shoes required and what should my kiddo wear?

Kiddos usually leave socks and tennis shoes on during Kiddo Bus parties. No sandals, flip-flops or jewelry, please. Kids should wear comfortable clothes–if girls wear skirts, be sure to wear shorts under! Please pull long hair back in pony tail.

Is a deposit required to book a party, field trip, or special event?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party and the remaining balance is due on the day of the party. For full day events, the deposit is $200 or may vary per event as it may have unique conditions. Contact us at parties@kiddobus.com to learn detailed payment information regarding your specific event.

Can I cancel or reschedule my party or event?

To reschedule a Kiddo Bus party or special event, we require 10 days notice. Kiddo Bus does not issue cash refunds; instead, you will receive a credit to apply to your rescheduled event. Sorry, no exceptions to this rule.

Where will Kiddo Bus park and how much space is needed?

For parties or events, we park outside the location. We kindly request the driveway or designated area be clear prior to our arrival. Kiddo Bus is 40-feet long and 8-feet wide; please make sure we have at least 60-feet in length for easy access and normal flow of vehicles on the block. Exact parking location should be provided four days before the event–including address, Google Maps location and a picture of the exact place to park.

The client must provide us with any permits that are necessary for us to park at your home or designated event site, if applicable, and take care of any related expenses. As a courtesy, you may want to talk to your neighbors and let them know Kiddo Bus will be there.

Can parents be present during parties?

During Kiddo Bus parties, parents are welcome to step onto the bus and watch the kids have fun. Most often, parents “take a peek”, then exit the bus, pull up a chair in a shaded area, and take a break.

Does Kiddo Bus provide food or snacks?

We are a unique children’s indoor playground and exercise center that focuses on exercise, basic gymnastics, and fun activities. To maintain a clean and safe environment for all kids, we do not provide nor allow food or drinks aboard Kiddo Bus.

Can Kiddo Bus come to my school?

We are happy to converse with school directors, learn about their school, and determine the best way to start a Kiddo Bus program that supports their curriculum and objectives. Please email schools@kiddobus.com to request a Free consultation.

Is a deposit required to register for classes at my child's school?

For monthly classes at your child’s school or day care center, there is a $20.00 annual registration fee followed by regular monthly payments. Please contact us at schools@kiddobus.com for information on fees for school programs.

Can teachers or caregivers be present during class?

All school teachers, assistants and staff members are welcome on Kiddo Bus. However, it’s a good idea to limit the number of adults at the same time to free up as much room as possible for kiddos to tumble and play!

How many classes per month at schools and centers?

We usually deliver four classes per month since each program has its classes scheduled on a fixed day and time–for example, Tuesdays at 9:30 am. Kiddo Bus tuition is calculated on a monthly basis. Since the length of month varies during the year, kiddos may receive 3 to 5 lessons per month (average is four) but same monthly price still applies. We can also deliver classes twice per month–which is particularly useful for Mother’s Day Out church programs.

What if my child is absent?

At schools and centers, all registered children will be taken to the Kiddo Bus weekly class unless we receive written notification stating otherwise.

If a child is absent on the day of Kiddo Bus class, full tuition is still due. All waivers must be signed and submitted by parent or legal guardian before participating in any Kiddo Bus class.

What if Kiddo Bus misses a class?

If Kiddo Bus has a “sick day” and is unable to make it to an event or party because of weather, mechanical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will schedule a make-up class.

What if we choose not to continue?

Not a problem. However, we ask that you provide us with a 30-day written notice.

How do I pay for Kiddobus classes at my child's school?

For classes at schools and child care centers, monthly payments are due the first of the month.

For your convenience, there are several ways to pay: online via debit or credit card, check, or Pay-Pal.
